Our Founders
Jeffrey Venick, President & CEO
As president and CEO of MJM Innovations, Jeffrey Venick is responsible for the company’s overall management and operations. That responsibility includes making decisions at all levels, from the company’s strategic direction to its policies and procedures. Mr. Venick also uses his technical expertise, as he leads the company’s technology initiatives, including software and web-based development, hardware integration, and transaction processing solutions. A Maryland-certified CPA, Mr. Venick holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and an Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Michael Stappler, Vice President & CFO
As vice president and CFO of MJM Innovations, Michael Stappler is responsible for the company’s financial and accounting functions. He performs important internal tasks, such as budgeting, preparing payroll and tax returns, and managing corporate assets. In addition, he plays a key role in revenue generation, as he creates the financial projections used when the company prices its services and bids on client contracts. Mr. Stappler holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management. He is also certified as a CPA in Maryland and as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Key Staff
Sheila Goldberg, Executive Director
Mrs. Goldberg is responsible for program management, customer service and vendor relations. Mrs. Goldberg graduated with honors and holds a bachelor of arts degree in Social Work and Sociology. She is a professional administrative manager and brings over 25 years experience working with aging, transportation and social programs.
Dominique Bonhomme, Business Development Manager
Mr. Bonhomme has over 15 years of direct sales, marketing and management experience. He is responsible for sales and marketing in the public transportation, aging services, and commercial sector. Prior to joining MJM Innovations, he contributed to the growth of several telecom and technology companies. Mr. Bonhomme holds a bachelor of arts degree in Marketing.
Jude Gabriel, Director of Development
Mr. Gabriel designs, develops, implements and maintains software that MJM Innovations provides to their clients and customers. Mr. Gabriel has 20 years of development and management experience in technology for local and national technology providers and their clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Information Systems.
Michelle Mitchell, Director of Information Technology
Ms. Mitchell oversees the infrastructure, databases, and hardware solutions for the company. Ms. Mitchell also manages the Network Operations Center for the company which provides server and data management. She has over 15 years experience working with technology and IT solutions for a variety of clients.
Stephanie Clayville, Project Manager
Stephanie Clayville possesses over 15 years project management experience and has spent the last 6 years in the transportation sector. She is a Project Manager where she is responsible for assisting with product development and the management of corporate and technical projects. Throughout her career, Mrs. Clayville has assisted organizations in developing business solutions, has managed multi-faceted business models as well as supported and implemented technical projects. Mrs. Clayville possesses a bachelors of arts degree in Organization Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Technology.
